Giggles Playland is truly the best private indoor playground I’ve ever been to! The place is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed for both kids and parents to enjoy. John is exceptionally helpful and professional he made everything run so smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. You can really tell that the owner takes pride in maintaining a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. Highly recommend this place!!! Thank you so much John.We had my daughter’s birthday party here and I honestly can’t say enough good things! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and completely stress free. John and his staff were absolutely incredible professional, attentive, friendly, and truly on top of every single detail. They handled everything, which allowed us to actually enjoy the party instead of worrying about logistics.
The kids had the BEST time, especially during the dance party it was energetic, fun, and so well run. Every activity flowed smoothly, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about making each child feel special. The space was clean, well managed, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

Amazing venue and staff, definitely deserves 5 stars! John is an amazing organizer! He messaged us a week prior to the party to confirm the details, gave wonderful suggestions and tips on what to bring and how not to overspend (best advices). Staff are friendly and professional. All the kids had a BLAST at the dance party! They made it extra entertaining and interactive with the kids. I love that there are several options for entertainment (the jungle gym, the dance party, the token games, and rides), different kids like different things. They also took care of prepping the food, drinks, cake, clean ups.. taking a huge load off our shoulders. Can’t thank John and his team enough for a memorable birthday celebration for our daughter. Highly HIGHLY recommend this business.

Our second time throwing a party at Giggles Playland and it was even better than the first, which I thought was hard to top! John is an amazing party planner from decorations to itinerary - even photography as he sent me pics and videos before we even left! We showed up and the place was decorated according to the theme, I didn’t even bother putting my decorations up! Balloons, backdrop and heating dishes were already set up, no need to transport or buy externally. The best part was that the party flowed so well and took the pressure off us parents. We were actually able to enjoy the food and the party itself. Highly recommend John and his team to take care of your party needs!!
