Cancellation Policy
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT PLEASE READ . MUST CALL or text 647 924 7529 AND we will send you instructions or send an email to gigglesplayland@gmail.com with confirmation number, OR full name and date (LISTED ON THE CONFIRMATION SENT TO YOU VIA TEXT MESSAGE.) and wait for a return email that confirms your cancellation from our admin team. Cancellations via phone calls/voice messages only are NOT accepted. IF YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION YOU'RE NOT CANCELED! EMAIL gigglesplayland@gmail.com ​ If you cancel more than 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are liable for deposit fee of $56.50 only. In other words NO refunds on the deposit. ​ If you cancel within 7 calendar days before your scheduled date, you are responsible for the full amount of your remaining balance. ​ Cancellations on the DAY OF YOUR EVENT or lack of attendance aka NO SHOW will be subjected to a $100 admin as well as 100% of remaining balance.
